We are pleased to announce the successful refurbishment of two sets of SWACO 518 fixed-speed decanter centrifuges for a valued customer in Algeria. Alongside the centrifuges, two brand-new feed pumps and fully integrated electrical control systems were also provided, forming a complete solids control solution tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
The project involved a full mechanical and electrical overhaul of the SWACO 518 units. All major components—including the rotating assembly, bearings, wear parts, and internal surfaces—were inspected, repaired, or replaced as necessary. The machines were thoroughly tested in our workshop to ensure stable and reliable performance in demanding field conditions.
In addition to the refurbished centrifuges, we also supplied two new feed pumps equipped with complete electrical control panels.
Prior to delivery, the customers visited our facility to inspect the condition and performance of the equipment. During the visit, our technical team provided detailed demonstrations of the units. Customers expressed high satisfaction with the overall build quality and level of preparation of the equipment.
During the visit, we also presented our own brand — KESS decanter centrifuges and vertical cuttings dryers. The customers showed strong interest and engaged in in-depth technical discussions. In particular, we highlighted that our centrifuge models are fully interchangeable with the SWACO 518. Moreover, our centrifuges offer a more cost-effective alternative without compromising on quality. For our clients, we provide full spare parts support at no additional premium. This helps clients avoid high costs and delays from OEM suppliers.

With full in-house capabilities for mechanical restoration, electrical system integration, and system testing, we are able to extend the lifecycle of centrifuges while ensuring performance comparable to new equipment.
